This seven session workshop is at no charge to CESA 4 evaluators

May 7 will be the makeup date for the January 17th cancelled session.

The educator effectiveness model provides growth opportunities for teachers, principals and other valued staff in our school districts today. This model requires evaluators to be highly effective at providing feedback. At CESA 4, we believe that all staff desire and deserve coaching and feedback aligned to high expectations, standards, and research-based effective instructional practices. In this professional learning opportunity, participants will further develop the capacity to provide coaching and feedback for reflection.
