Participants will have time to build relationships through structured networking activities and open conversation. Together, we’ll explore some of the pressing issues new principals often face in their first months on the job — from establishing trust with staff and communities to setting clear priorities, managing time effectively, and addressing unexpected challenges that arise when “the principal’s chair” is suddenly yours.
