Building Sustainable School Mental Health without Burning People Out

This full-day workshop supports schools in strengthening comprehensive, sustainable school-based mental health systems that promote both student and staff wellbeing. Participants will explore the Wisconsin Comprehensive School-Based Mental Health Framework, learn the foundations of Improvement Science, and examine how improvement science can be used by school teams to identify priorities, test strategies, and make meaningful system-level improvements over time. The session emphasizes shared responsibility, coherence, and sustainability, moving beyond isolated programs toward intentional, aligned practices.

While individuals are welcome, schools will benefit most when attending as a multidisciplinary team.
