CTE Curriculum Days offer a focused, two-day working session deisnged to strengthen programs of study, refind curriculum, and build alignment across regional pathways - all essential components of an effective Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) process.

Unlike traditional conferences, this event provides an open, dedicated work time for educators to collaborate with colleagues in the same content areas. With no formal agenda, participants have the freedom to:

  • Review and update course sequences and pathway frameworks
  • Crosswalk curriculum with industry standards and labor market needs
  • Align instructional materials and assessments
  • Share best practices, challenges, and innovative approaches
  • Identify gaps, equity considerations, and improvement priorities
  • Build consistency in career-connected learning across districts

This dedicated time supports one of the core strengths of a consortium model - collective expertise. By working together across schools, participants develop stronger, more coherent CTE experiences for students while also generating the documentation, insights, and improvement plans that directly support CLNA requirements.
