- 8:30–9:30 AM | New districts and new consortium members: Introduction to Title III compliance (returning members may join at 9:30).
- 9:30–11:40 AM | Review student data, DPI updates, compliance tasks, and family night planning.
- 11:40–12:25 PM | Lunch
- 12:30–3:30 PM | Summit K-12 Training — Required if your district is using Summit K-12 this year. We will explore new pathways for newcomers, teacher resources, and updated program features.
