What is a Community of Practice?

• A network of professionals who actively collaborate to share knowledge, solve problems, and improve their practice

Participants Will:

• Learn from the successes and challenges of others implementing Restorative Practices
• Discover how other schools apply Restorative Practices to create positive change
• Connect data to build buy-in and continuous improvement
• Help staff to effectively use circles and impromptu conversations
• Use implementation science as a guide for sustainability

These COP Sessions are designed for:

• Persons implementing Restorative Practices in their classrooms and buildings
• Building or district teams that are implementing and leading Restorative Practices
• School and district leaders coordinating continuous improvement
