CESA 4 Summer Data Dig: From Macro to Micro for Meaningful Improvement

Unlock the power of your school's data with CESA 4's Summer Data Dig, a hands-on session designed to help principals and leadership teams move from big-picture analysis to pinpointing the root causes of student achievement challenges.  This deep dive into schoolwide data will guide teams in making data-driven decisions that lead to real impact.  Through this process, teams will identify one key area of focus--the high-leverage change that will make the biggest difference for student success.  By the end of the session, participants will have a nearly completed School Improvement Plan, clearly defined schoolwide goals for the year, and a yearlong professional development roadmap tailored to their building's needs.  Walk away with clarity, direction, and an actionable plan to drive meaningful improvement from day one.
