Description
Unlock the power of your school's data with CESA 4's Summer Data Dig, a hands-on session designed to help principals and leadership teams move from big-picture analysis to pinpointing the root causes of student achievement challenges. This deep dive into schoolwide data will guide teams in making data-driven decisions that lead to real impact. Through this process, teams will identify one key area of focus--the high-leverage change that will make the biggest difference for student success. By the end of the session, participants will have a nearly completed School Improvement Plan, clearly defined schoolwide goals for the year, and a yearlong professional development roadmap tailored to their building's needs. Walk away with clarity, direction, and an actionable plan to drive meaningful improvement from day one.
We are currently seeking interest from school leadership teams that would like to participate. If your leadership team is ready to dig deep into your data, uncover the most impactful area for improvement, and set a strong foundation for the year ahead, register today and we will reach out to you with preparation and logistics to make the day go smoothly.
We welcome your building teams of 4 to 8 team members
This Data Dig is offered at no charge to 2025-2026 Project 220 School Improvement Services member teams
