Leading EE in Your Building

Session 9:30-11:30 with Lunch 11:30-12:30

Principals have the unique responsibility to lead Educator Effectiveness at the building level. This model-neutral session is just for building principals and designed with principals in mind--new or not so new. We will explore the statutory requirements of EE, the flexibilities each district/school can exercise, and the culture of improvement in your building. Join us to gather resources, understand your role in leading EE in your building, and strategies for emphasizing a culture of feedback for educator growth at the school level. Lunch is provided prior to the session for all participants. 

The second date option for the same training is August 4th
